Together, we will:

  • Identify a selling price based on comparable sales, trends, and the unique features of your home.

  • Place your home in the market correctly based on other homes available in your area and comparable sales.

Step 2

Getting Going

The second step of our marketing and selling journey is getting going - namely developing a comprehensive marketing strategy for your home.

As part of my service and at no cost to you, I will provide:

  • A curated marketing strategy to showcase your home

  • Professional photography and videography 

  • Professional staging

  • Presentation & marketing your home to both on- and off-market networks

  • Agent-only preview events

  • Public coming soon listing to build anticipation

  • Official listing on MLS

  • I (or a member of my team) will be physically present for all showings to potential buyers

  • Open Houses

Getting Sold

The final stage of selling your property is going under contract and closing your property.

Together, we will:

  • Review offers based on their unique terms including price, closing date, contingencies, and special requests. I will help you navigate the pros and cons of different terms we may encounter.

  • I will bring my negotiation savvy to the table as we will likely need to negotiate with buyers and their agents if they are represented

  • Walk through a seamless process to a comfortable close. I engage a contract-to-close team to expertly navigate, address, and manage contingencies.

  • I provide a dedicated network of industry professionals from legal to construction to assist in unique requirements of your sale.
